On June 3rd, local 4-H’ers participated in the 2026 Pitzer Horse Judging held at the Pitzer Ranch in Ericson. The results are as follows: In the Junior Division, the gold medal went to Quinn Nickel of Arcadia.
In the Senior Division, the Loup Valley Riders team tied for second place with members Peyton Beran of Ord, Emma Osentowski of Taylor, and Adaya Miihlbach of Taylor. Adaya was 2nd and received the silver medal as an individual. Peyton was 8th and Emma 9th.
