Since opening its doors on March 28th, Elegant Hart’s Bakery and Deli Co. has quickly become a morning staple for Loup City residents looking for homemade baked goods, sourdough breads and a variety of deli-style lunch options.
The bakery, owned by Breanna Engelhart, officially launched alongside the ice cream and confectionary shop Sweet Scoops as part of a shared-use space, turning the former O St. Lounge into a two-in-one destination for sweets and savory fare.
The community response, Engelhart said, has been stronger than she ever expected.
