THE HAROLD JAKOB HELPING HAND AWARD was awarded to the Roger and Connie Newtson Family and Corrie and Tom Walthers. The Roger and Connie Newtson Family have been a part of the fair for decades, with both Roger and Connie having participated in 4-H and FFA as children. The couple ensured that their children, Mike and Corrie, also participated in the fair, with Corrie and Tom Walthers and their son Clancy active still today. Pictured above are Sherman Co.
