Candidates do the “one foot in, one foot out” dance prior to November

Things are getting plenty confusing about who is running for office this fall, and who isn’t.

And that’s probably the intent.

Every day, it seems, we have new candidates joining races, old candidates dropping out, and at least a couple new political parties forming to field even more candidates.
