After another waterless winter and dry start to spring, conditions throughout the Loup River system have, once again, received a dramatic shot in the arm thanks to timely summer rains.
“We’re improving,” said Lower Loup Natural Resources District (LLNRD) Assistant General Manager Tylr Naprstek of the system on Monday.
