The Ansley-Litchfield Spartans qualified three athletes for the 2025 NSAA Class DState Track and Field Championships, and on the track at Burke Stadium, the Black and Gold will bring plenty experience with them.
Last Wednesday in Burwell, three returning state qualifiers in Luke Bailey, Isaac O’Brien, and Kerry Ryan secured their spots in Omaha with some standout performances at the District D-5 competition.
Bailey put an exclamation mark on his varsity career by earning qualifying marks and times in four separate events.
