LOUP CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
STUDENTS at Loup City Public Schools lent a hand to help beautify the community during one of their final days of the academic year. On Wednesday, May 14th, with the help of Loup City Agriculture Instructor Cody Chilewski, students cleaned the flower beds and planted plants at the Loup City Swimming Pool and at Bennett Park on O Street.
Above, Dylan Rademacher and Teylor Goc work to pick through seeds while helping out at Bennett Park. At right, students Gracie Treffer and Treven Setlik plant flowers in the flower beds along the park’s perimeter. The student volunteers accomplished a variety of projects during the afternoon at both sites.
