THE LITCHFIELD VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT helped get the crowd gathered along the parade route for Saturday’s Old Settlers Picnic parade pumped up. The bright red trucks, flashing lights, and sweet treats being thrown to the street below are always a popular feature of the parade.
