HAPP-ENINGS | MICHAEL HAPP - PUBLISHER
Back in the day, when I worked the full-service island at the Palmer Service Center in the summer, there were only a couple of rules.
I didn’t know the first thing about cars—I still don’t, if I am being completely honest—and I was a terrible window washer. However, those weren’t prerequisites for the job. Instead, the only real requirements were that I knew enough not to put diesel in a gas pick-up and vise-versa and that we made sure that the right items got charged to the right account.
