Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dale Paider at 8:03 p.m. Trustees in attendance for the meeting were Brian Charles, Bryan Gray, Alvin Johnson, Andrew White and Dale Paider. The meeting was held at the Arcadia Community Center. Notice of meeting was published in the Sherman County Times and posted in advance at Arcadia Village Office, Arcadia Post Office and First Nebraska Bank. Others present for at least part of the meeting were Tyler Kaps, Lammers, Abel & Kaps, Bret Melson, Johnson Service Company, VC Sheriff Dave Scheideler, Heath Kursave and Rosmarie Ritz.
