A MESSAGE OF FAITH
Home is meant to be a place of refuge— a place where love, patience and kindness are lived out in everyday moments. Yet if we are honest, home can also be the hardest place to practice understanding. With those closest to us, we may be quicker to speak than to listen, or quicker to assume than to ask. That is why Scripture calls us to slow down and seek wisdom in our relationships.
Proverbs 24:3 reminds us, “By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established.” A strong home is not simply constructed with walls and furniture but with grace, listening hearts, and patient words. True understanding comes when we choose to see others not only as they are, but also as God sees them—worthy of compassion, forgiveness, and love.
