All that stood between seventh-seeded Ansley-Litchfield and their first state tournament appearance since 2016 was tenth-seeded Maywood/Hayes Center in Saturday’s D1-7 District Final.
The Wolves came into the meeting boasting a 23-9 record but, on the court in Litchfield, would suffer their tenth loss of the season as the Black and Gold secured their spot in Lincoln with a sweep.
