LOUP CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS rolled out the red carpet for veterans in the community on Friday night between the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels’ games against St. Paul. A large group of veterans participated in the ceremony this year, including members of the Arcadia/Loup City girls’ basketball team.
