Bound together

A MESSAGE OF FAITH

Unity is one of those words that sounds simple until we try to live it out. It’s easy to agree with people who think like us, act like us, and see the world the same way we do. True unity, though, is forged in the space where differences exist.

Scripture reminds us that we are many parts, but one body. Each part matters, not because it is identical, but because it is necessary. The hand cannot say to the foot, “I don’t need you,” just as the eye cannot dismiss the ear. Unity doesn’t erase our uniqueness; it gives our uniqueness purpose.
