The 2025-2026 track and field season got off to a strong start for Arcadia/Loup City. At last Saturday’s UNK Indoor Invite, the Rebels tallied twenty-four medals, including four first place finishes, to leave their mark on Cushing Coliseum in Kearney.
Leading the way for the Arcadia/Loup City boys’ team were Tyce Calleroz, Brogan Setlik, and Wyatt Stieb.
Calleroz followed up a silver medal in the sixty-meter dash (7.21 seconds) with a gold medal in the 200-meter dash. With his time of 24.24, Calleroz edged out Holt Satterly of Hastings High School.
