Program records once again tumbled, but last Friday’s LouPlatte Conference Track Meet featured so much speed, that the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels ended up falling short of earning a single gold medal at the conference event.
On the track at Centura High School, the Rebels broke a pair of program records.
On the boys’ side of the meet, the Rebels’ 3200-meter relay team of Brogan Setlik, Dutch Miller, Carter Schmidt, and Eli Jaixen broke their own record when they tackled the four legs of the race in 8:35.91. That effort broke a twoweek old record that the four had set at the Palmer Invite in Fullerton.
