By the time the sun had set on Burke Stadium Friday night, Ansley-Litchfield had completed its time at the NSAA Class D State Track and Field Championships.
Last week, the Spartans were represented on the oval at Omaha Burke High School by a pair of runners.
Caydence Feldman had qualified for state in the 3200-meter run, while Kaycee Nelson had punched her ticket to Omaha via the wildcard, securing a spot at state in the girls’ 400-meter dash.
