Judy Skorniak has prepared the Ashton Legion Auxiliary Memorial Day photo display tribute to the men and women who served in the military for thirty-five years. She started in 1981 with twenty-five photos displayed in the two Ashton grocery store windows. Today she has a display of 125 veterans.
Sydney Harrington and Joeli Walrath were announced as the Loup City High School recipients of Xpansion scholarships.
