POLISH DAYS

Loup City’s annual Polish Days celebration returns this weekend with four days of activities, food, music, contests, and family entertainment centered around this year’s theme, “Red, White, Blue and Polka Too,” honoring America’s 250th anniversary.

“Things are going well,” said Loup City Area Chamber of Commerce Secretary Melissa Dush—who is in charge of “overhead coordination” of the event—last week. “We’ve got pretty much everything laid out and planned, and now it is just time to wait for the weekend to arrive and to make it all happen.”
