Ronald “Ron” R. Swanson, 81, of Loup City, died suddenly on Monday, August 18, 2025 at his home in Loup City. Celebration of Life services for Ron will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Higgins Funeral Home in Loup City with Pastor Ryan Durham officiating. Inurnment will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Loup City.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday before the service.
